做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一(yī )小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。
