人才队伍建设(shè )是(shì )提升托育服务质(zhì )量的保(bǎo )障(zhàng )。面对(duì )当前托育专(zhuān )业人(rén )才短缺这一(yī )瓶(píng )颈,长沙(shā )师(shī )范学院(yuàn )学前教育学(xué )院院长张(zhāng )晓辉建议,从(cóng )教(jiāo )师(shī )专业标准(zhǔn )体(tǐ )系(xì )建(jiàn )设出发(fā ),将托(tuō )育机构师资纳入(rù )其(qí )中,提高托(tuō )育(yù )服务专业(yè )化水平(píng );从(cóng )学(xué )历提(tí )升和专业成长(zhǎng )考(kǎo )虑,拓(tuò )宽(kuān )专业人员发展路径,增(zēng )强托(tuō )育机构从业人员(yuán )对职(zhí )业的归属感、荣誉感。
