人才队伍建(jiàn )设是提升托(tuō )育服务(wù )质量的(de )保障。面(miàn )对(duì )当(dāng )前(qián )托育专业人才短(duǎn )缺(quē )这一(yī )瓶颈,长沙(shā )师范学院(yuàn )学前教育学院(yuàn )院长张(zhāng )晓辉建议,从(cóng )教师(shī )专业标(biāo )准体(tǐ )系建设出发,将(jiāng )托育机构师(shī )资纳(nà )入其(qí )中(zhōng ),提高托育(yù )服务专(zhuān )业化(huà )水(shuǐ )平(píng );从学历提升和专(zhuān )业成长(zhǎng )考虑,拓宽(kuān )专业人员(yuán )发(fā )展(zhǎn )路(lù )径,增强托育机构从业人员对职(zhí )业的归属(shǔ )感、荣誉感(gǎn )。
